Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operations resource for assigned Kohl's account, addressing customer needs and company requirements
- Perform demand planning and maintain forecasts in the forecasting system (SFO)
- Manage inventory planning, purchase order execution and coordinate domestic/import order timing with supply chain
- Produce weekly and monthly business reports, flash reports, customer presentations and consensus decks
- Analyze POS, sales trends and operational performance to identify issues and opportunities
- Lead weekly replenishment/planning meetings with customer teams to review results and changes
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, operations) to drive actions and improve fill rates
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to provide actionable insights under tight timelines
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business concentration preferred)
