Under the direction of the Blue Plate Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting Outlet Manager in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant to provide a positive guest experience.
Essential Job Functions:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with one (1) to three (3) years of restaurant supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Bachelors in Restaurant Management preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
