The Project Manager (Growth / Integrated Marketing) will partner closely with the Growth team to ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from idea to execution across multiple channels, including events, partnerships, website initiatives, social, and lifecycle programs. This role owns the marketing project management system, enforces clarity on scope and ownership, proactively manages risks and dependencies, and creates the visibility leadership needs to prioritize effectively.
Own end-to-end project management for growth and marketing initiatives across events, partnerships, web, social, content, lifecycle, and other marketing programs.
Translate goals and briefs into actionable project plans, including milestones, timelines, resourcing assumptions, dependencies, and launch checklists.
Maintain a single source of truth for active work, including roadmaps, project trackers, timelines, and decision logs.
Drive weekly operating rhythms, including status updates, prioritization discussions, stakeholder reviews, and post-launch retrospectives.
Ensure accountability across teams by clarifying ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and resolve blockers early, escalating tradeoffs related to scope, timing, or resourcing with clear recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Product/Engineering, Design/Creative, and other teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Improve team velocity by standardizing templates and processes such as intake, scoping, QA, launch readiness, SOPs, checklists, and reporting.
Ensure launches are operationally sound, including QA coordination, approvals, go-live communications, and readiness for UTM or tagging requirements when needed.
3+ years of project management experience supporting marketing, growth, or revenue teams.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with overlapping stakeholders and deadlines.
Background supporting B2B SaaS teams preferred.
Full proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Strong written communication and documentation skills, including briefs, status updates, action items, and decision logs.
Practical understanding of multi-channel marketing workflows (web, paid and organic social, events, partnerships, content, and email/lifecycle).
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments by adding structure without slowing execution.
High ownership, strong follow-through, and effective stakeholder management instincts.
Familiarity with performance reporting basics, campaign tracking, and KPI-aligned timelines.
Comfort collaborating with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Figma.
