- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- 4+ years of experience on complex technical programs as a program manager or engineer
- Proven program management and process development experience
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence with technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to analyze technical tradeoffs and recommend risk-reduction strategies
- Familiarity with maintenance, configuration management, and quality processes
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
Responsibilities
- Own program execution and drive measurable outcomes across T&E activities
- Create, maintain, and rally teams around reliable timelines and schedules
- Track progress, produce status reporting, and communicate program health to leadership
- Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and resource risks proactively
- Map and manage critical dependencies, clearing roadblocks across teams
- Coordinate resource allocation including headcount, budget, and facilities
- Manage integration, system check-outs, ground tests, taxi tests, and flight operations hand-offs
- Implement process improvements to deliver the right information to the right stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required
- Advanced degree in a technical or management discipline preferred
