Lead the strategic execution of Micron’s Technology and Product Group global AI, Data Science, and Automation initiatives by driving measurable business value, operational consistency, and innovation across a dynamic project portfolio. As the TPG AI TPM, you will own end-to-end program delivery—from business case development and stakeholder alignment to roadmap planning, milestone governance, and ROI analysis.
This role requires a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in managing complex AI/ML and data-driven projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, SMEs, and senior leadership to define functional objectives, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and maintaining scalable project roadmaps and intercepts aligned with strategic goals.
Leading go/no-go decision meetings and ensuring stakeholder consensus through clear, data-backed communication.
Identifying and tracking resource requirements for projects and programs—such as capital equipment, software licenses, and headcount—throughout the scoping process with a focus on financial impact and ROI.
Building and maintaining dashboards and analytical tools to track KPIs, survey results, and progress toward objectives.
Acting as the central point of contact and single source of truth for AI & DS program activities across TPG.
Advising leadership on technical feasibility, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to optimize delivery outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of Central Engineering Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI and Data Science at TPG, ensuring that every initiative is grounded in technical excellence and aligned with business strategy.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$148,000.00 - $308,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
