As the University Talent Outreach & Recruiter, you will support the execution of Sanofi’s early talent event strategy across North America. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating Sanofi’s presence at university career fairs, industry conferences, and early career recruiting events. You’ll work closely with the University Relations team and North America recruiters to ensure all engagement efforts align with hiring goals and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Attract, identify and hire top talent for all North America through our events-based recruitment model
Work with other University Recruiters to build a strong early in career pipeline
Build and foster relationships with students throughout their campus career programs
Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, internship schedules, compensation/benefits packages and have the ability to sell our amazing opportunities
Possess the expertise needed to build the Sanofi brand and market all our early in career job opportunities through various digital channels
Build strong partnerships across key Universities and manage all campus events and diversity conferences
Support candidate engagement by creating a positive, consistent experience across events
Coordinate logistics for a professional and engaging Sanofi brand presence at all recruiting events
Manage post-event follow-up, candidate tracking, and reporting to support data-driven improvements
Oversee recruiting materials and resources, including signage, giveaways, and digital platforms used during events
Work towards differentiating Sanofi’s brand through impactful content, innovative activities and engaging candidate experiences
Responsible for all conversion efforts and performance assessments in order to retain top talent from our programs
About you
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in HR, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, or related discipline
Masters preferred but not required
Technical Skills:
Experience with building the early in career recruitment function at a large scale
3-5 years of experience specifically in the University Relations space required
Experience leveraging social media and Handshake to market and promote Sanofi career opportunities
Strong project management skills (needs analysis, resource, and project planning)
Experience working one on one with University Career Service Centers
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills
Passion for diversity, belonging and inclusion
Positive, inclusive, can-do mentality with a high level of EQ and self-awareness
Travel as needed up to 40% per year
Strong project management skills (needs analysis, resource, and project planning)
Experience with Canva and other tools to create on brand content and marketing materials

The salary range for this position is:
$67,500.00 - $112,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
