Addressing the Challenges of a Global, Mobile Workforce
In today's global economy with a mobile workforce, businesses face complex challenges. While CRM is valuable, it doesn't always answer critical questions about revenue growth strategy, effective incentive structures, and ensuring clarity and visibility of goals and incentive plans for sales and finance teams. Salesforce Spiff addresses these challenges by leveraging CRM data to drive improved behaviors, decision-making, and self-management within the commission process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting via various channels (phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, Salesforce relationships, partners, etc.).
Market Spiff and SPM solutions to the Core AE team for consideration for current Sales Cloud/CRM customers.
Build out strategic Target Account lists for each Core AE/RVP you work with and develop a unique Point of View (POV) for these accounts tying SF Spiff value to their current state and business drivers.
Identify and qualify appropriate business contacts and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations for Director, VP, and C-level prospects.
Manage accounts and contacts within Salesforce.com throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships to cultivate future revenue opportunities.
Align our sales process with customer buying processes.
Travel to territory 1-2 times per month for up to 4-5 days at a time.
Preferred candidates that are office-flex.
Desired Skills:
10+ years of technology-based sales experience.
Preferred B2B experience in a Software / SaaS environment.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com.
Experience in the SPM and/or ICM software industry preferred.
Proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
