Metrics & projections: Define stage gates, conversion formulas, and channel‑level close rates; own revenue forecasting and board-ready reporting.
Data-powered selling: Enrich leads, route intelligently, and surface context so every AE starts with a personalized brief.
Automation & workflows: Design and ship automations that remove friction in pre‑sales, handoffs, and post‑demo follow-ups.
Partner with GTM leadership to test/iterate playbooks, territories, and comp levers as we scale.
A builder-operator: you’ve taken a messy CRM/GTM stack from 0→1 (or 1→n) and care about both architecture and adoption.
Fluent in HubSpot/Salesforce (or similar), with the quantitative rigor to define metrics, model funnels/forecasts, and pressure-test assumptions without needing an analyst.
Automation-minded—comfortable using native tools, scripts, or no-code platforms to kill repetitive work.
Communicative and persuasive: you can get reps to change behavior because the system actually makes their lives easier.
