This is a hybrid role, and we highly encourage regular in-office presence to support rapid learning, real-time collaboration, and deal flow success. Whether you’re an experienced agent or just breaking into real estate, if you’re passionate about sales, love building relationships, and are hungry to learn the investment side of the business—we want to meet you.

  • Active California Real Estate License (or ability to get licensed quickly)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
  • Real estate experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide training and mentorship
  • Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to grow

What You’ll Do

  • Guide cash buyers through purchasing their investment properties
  • Build trust-based client relationships and become their go-to investment expert
  • Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process
  • Negotiate win-win outcomes that make every transaction a success
  • Stay informed on market trends and local inventory
  • Hit your personal sales goals and create a thriving book of business
  • Prospect daily through a variety of lead sources (calls, texts, email, in-person) to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified investors
