Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, and job boards.
- Engage talent using outbound messaging templates and track communications within systems.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal spreadsheets, flagging promising profiles.
- Support lead generation efforts and ensure timely updates across tracking systems.
- Assist with ad-hoc research tasks including competitive benchmarking and list building.
- Organize sourcing documentation and update internal knowledge bases like Notion.
Education
- No specific degree required but related education or training in recruitment or HR is beneficial.
