Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technical roles using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Develop search strategies and proactive candidate outreach campaigns.
- Engage and convert passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship building.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill niche and high-priority roles.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews assessing skills and cultural fit.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and insights into competitor trends.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and update pipeline progress.
- Champion diversity sourcing strategies ensuring outstanding candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing including social media and university event engagement.
- Track and report key sourcing metrics to optimize processes and strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer or 9+ years overall experience.
