Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and Lead HR Strategy: Create and administer HR plans and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals. Provide strategic and operational HR guidance across all functions.
  • Foster Employee Engagement and Culture: Design and manage programs to build a positive, inclusive workplace. Lead engagement initiatives— mentoring, and recognition—and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Coach Leadership and Support Change: Consult and coach department leaders to drive team performance, support organizational change and improve HR processes.
  • Ensure Compliance and Manage Policies: Develop, update, and enforce personnel policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws, administer benefits, support payroll and employee separation processes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Employee Support: Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and clear resolution of issues.
  • Champion Continuous Learning: Promote employee growth through training initiatives, skill development programs, and a culture of learning.

Key Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, with strong background in engagement, development, and change management.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and HRMS software.
