ImPACT Applications is seeking a Customer Success Manager to foster satisfaction and retention among clinical accounts, leveraging technology platforms to enhance customer relationships and drive success.
Responsibilities: Maximize customer retention and satisfaction, drive revenue growth, conduct regular check-ins, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with the Sales team on expansion opportunities.
Skills: 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce/Totango), strong communication skills, and ability to manage a larger customer base effectively.
Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS and HealthTech/MedTech, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships, and experience in fast-paced start-up environments are preferred.
Location: This is a remote position with occasional travel required for off-site meetings or conferences.
Compensation: $70000 - $80000 / Annually
As a Customer Success Manager at ImPACT Applications, your primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction, adoption, and retention of our clinical accounts. Physical Requirements for this position
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $70,000- $80,000 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
