Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team! As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our account management team on an assigned book of employee benefits clients, consisting of groups of 100+ lives.
In this role, you will:
Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients and account management team
Provide administrative and technical support to internal partners of benefit clients to reach agency's strategic business goals
Assist with quote requests and spreadsheets as needed
Prepare compliance annual notices for distribution to clients
Assist with remarketing renewals, creating renewal proposals, and other renewal activities as needed
Maintain electronic filing and required data in Benefit Point (agency management system)
Prepare, print, and, in some cases, deliver “Benefits at a Glance” materials (BAGs) to clients
Provide general administrative support to the service team
What you offer us:
1-2 years of experience within employee benefits, human resources, or a related field
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
High attention to detail essential
Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)
