The Product Innovation team supports the strategy and design of innovative learning solutions at the intersection of higher education, alternative credentials, employer markets and workforce development. This role works across all teams - market research, product marketing and other Risepoint units - to identify, design and grow scalable, skills-based, and career-connected learning solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a curious, data-savvy, and insights-driven Market Research Analyst to support the Product Innovation team.
This position focuses on uncovering trends, analyzing data, and influencing strategy through actionable insights to enhance the Partner’s programs. The work will span both domestic and international research efforts, helping to shape new products and strengthen existing offerings through a deep understanding of consumers, markets, and competitive dynamics.
The Analyst will assist in gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into narratives that help the organization stay ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and has a strong pulse on consumer and market trends.

Strong analytical and research skills; ability to integrate local market insights into product strategy
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
