Responsibilities
- Plan and run research studies including interviews, surveys, concept and prototype tests (moderated and unmoderated)
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Present research insights to cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing)
- Support rapid sprint-focused UX research and contribute to 2–3 horizontal projects during the internship
- Help build and streamline research processes, templates, and onboarding materials
- Evangelize research findings and assist with research training or onboarding exercises
Education
- Enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in HCI, Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Coursework or hands-on experience in research methods, design, or product development
