As the Scheduling Manager, you will lead our scheduling and permitting team to ensure timely, efficient installations for our customers across multiple product lines. This role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving operational excellence.
Manage day-to-day operations of the scheduling department
Oversee scheduling for installations across all Rite Window markets
Lead and support a team of scheduling staff, including training and reviews
Serve as point of contact for vendors and permitting coordination
Monitor job statuses and ensure accurate system updates in Lead Perfection
Handle reschedules and communicate changes with production and field teams
Log and track incoming materials, updating internal systems promptly
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office tools
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Highly detail-oriented in fast-paced environments
Ability to synthesize and act on data from multiple sources
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading or supporting a team is a plus
You enjoy creating structure and clarity in busy environments

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Woburn, MA.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for extended hours or occasional Saturdays as needed).
