Renuity is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Employee Services Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment (hourly role, no benefits included) with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position after the initial period.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our HR service ticketing system while providing exceptional support to employees across our divisions. Serving as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you’ll ensure timely and accurate processing of core HR transactions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundational knowledge of HR practices, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the first line of support for incoming HR service desk tickets, addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and requests.
Accurately process key HR transactions, including I-9 verifications, terminations, promotions, and internal transfers.
Monitor service desk activity to ensure timely resolution of tickets and escalate complex issues to the HR Service Desk Manager as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and employee interactions in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other HR team members to support a seamless employee experience.
What You'll Bring:
1–2 years of experience in an HR or employee support role.
Strong general knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a customer-service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
