Senior People Technology Analyst

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior People Technology Business Analyst to join Procore’s People Operations team. In this role, you’ll optimize and manage our People technology systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our organization. The primary goal of this role is to enhance the employee experience by aligning technology solutions with People strategies.

As a Senior People Technology Business Analyst, you’ll partner with People COEs, Talent Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful projects, streamline processes, and resolve system issues. Use your expertise in Workday, project management, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement, implement scalable solutions, and improve business processes. This position reports into the Head of People Technology Strategy and will be based in our Denver, CO office (with flexibility for remote work). We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with People COEs, the Product Manager, and Talent Technology teams to deliver People technology projects and enhancements.

  • Manage multiple People products, including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and Learning Management systems.

  • Act as the primary liaison between People COEs and Talent Technology teams, providing analysis, requirements, and test plans for system improvements.

  • Plan, manage, and ensure timely delivery of People projects, meeting established standards.

  • Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.

  • Build strong relationships with People and Talent Technology teams, offering proactive support for system-related issues.

  • Document business and functional specifications, process workflows, and user guides, ensuring systems are well-documented and user-friendly.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and HR technology innovations to inform continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing HR technology systems, particularly Workday.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes including Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning Management, and Performance Management.

  • Knowledge of the Talent Organization (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Talent Management) is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive execution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of optimizing processes through HR technology solutions.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,400 - $124,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
