Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls (100+ per day) to acquire new real estate agent and broker customers
- Sell Connections Plus and other seller, marketing, and branding solutions
- Follow and utilize scripted messaging to communicate features, handle objections, and articulate ROI
- Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs including call/talk time, productivity, and compliance
- Manage leads and activity in Salesforce or designated CRM
- Collaborate with team members in a competitive, fast-paced environment and participate in coaching
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
