ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in how Reading Horizons shows up in the world. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role owns the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of all marketing events - ranging from large-scale national conferences to targeted customer gatherings, workshops, and webinars.
This individual will live and breathe event management, combining operational excellence, creative execution, and strong communication skills to create memorable experiences that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and elevate brand visibility within the education community.
