Responsibilities
- Lead and project-manage routine software implementations (Visitor Management, Kiosk, Premium Volunteer) from post-sale through go-live
- Configure and customize product modules according to client requirements
- Conduct product configuration and training sessions via Teams and deliver clear recap communications
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including Chatter updates and document uploads
- Perform auxiliary tasks such as CRG Maps, data imports, GeoFencing, and drill backdating as assigned
- Adhere to departmental processes and maintain systems of record
- Work with cross-functional teams and escalate technical issues as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field
- Relevant certifications in project management or technical disciplines are a plus
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project management or customer-centric roles
