Role overview

As our first dedicated RevOps hire, you’ll be the architect and operator of our revenue engine. Here you’ll have the opportunity to define how a data-focused company runs RevOps. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create systems that drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability. You're a strategic systems thinker and hands-on builder. You understand the power of automation and AI, not just as buzzwords, but as tools to unlock growth and clarity.

What you’ll do:

  • Build & own our GTM tech stack, with a strong focus on AI-native and automation-forward tools

  • Implement scalable workflows across marketing and sales to streamline handoffs, routing, tracking, and conversion

  • Develop and maintain reporting for pipeline health, attribution, conversion metrics, forecasting, and performance analytics

  • Enable visibility into the full revenue funnel for cross-functional stakeholders

  • Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools that improve prospecting, segmentation, scoring, data enrichment, and campaign optimization

  • Ensure high-quality CRM data and operational hygiene

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the GTM engine and proactively recommend improvements

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in RevOps at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to enterprise organizations

  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and managing AI-powered tools to improve efficiencies

  • A strong grasp of revenue funnel mechanics, attribution modeling, and forecasting

  • A bias for action and process design, you love fixing inefficiencies and scaling what works

  • Excellent data skills, you know how to pull insights that lead to better decisions

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Finance and GTM teams
