As our first dedicated RevOps hire, you’ll be the architect and operator of our revenue engine. Here you’ll have the opportunity to define how a data-focused company runs RevOps. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create systems that drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability. You're a strategic systems thinker and hands-on builder. You understand the power of automation and AI, not just as buzzwords, but as tools to unlock growth and clarity.
Build & own our GTM tech stack, with a strong focus on AI-native and automation-forward tools
Implement scalable workflows across marketing and sales to streamline handoffs, routing, tracking, and conversion
Develop and maintain reporting for pipeline health, attribution, conversion metrics, forecasting, and performance analytics
Enable visibility into the full revenue funnel for cross-functional stakeholders
Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools that improve prospecting, segmentation, scoring, data enrichment, and campaign optimization
Ensure high-quality CRM data and operational hygiene
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the GTM engine and proactively recommend improvements
3–5+ years in RevOps at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to enterprise organizations
Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and managing AI-powered tools to improve efficiencies
A strong grasp of revenue funnel mechanics, attribution modeling, and forecasting
A bias for action and process design, you love fixing inefficiencies and scaling what works
Excellent data skills, you know how to pull insights that lead to better decisions
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Finance and GTM teams
