- Ability to track and report production/operational metrics

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Pacific Time swing shift
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client orders and communicate deadlines and formatting/notation requirements
- Track, compile, and report production metrics to the Transcription Operations Manager
- Ensure transcripts are reviewed for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and client formatting prior to submission
- Create transcripts using E-Transcript and Adobe Acrobat
- Troubleshoot and document technical issues with web tools and escalate to the Operations Manager as needed
- Cross-train to support additional products and cover related workflows
- Perform other related duties as assigned and support continuous process improvements
- Maintain clear client-facing and internal communication during swing shift hours
Education
- College or university degree (Bachelor's preferred or equivalent)
- Proofreading, editing, or transcription training/experience
