The Delivery Enablement (DE) team powers Portage Point’s growth as a scalable, high-quality operational backbone. Including Coverage, Data Analytics, Delivery Excellence, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and Talent Acquisition, the DE team drives excellence, efficiency and automation across every practice line.

 

The Temp Executive Assistant (EA) role at Portage Point is an opportunity for a highly-capable professional to assume a range of administrative responsibilities and support leadership team with daily admin needs. The right individual should be prepared to work within a small, collaborative team environment to manage discrete work streams. The EA will support up to five Managing Directors as an administrative assistant. 


Responsibilities
  • Support Practice Line Leaders and Managing Directors with calendar management, travel planning
  • Assist in maintaining building security list
  • Mail management and distribution for NY office
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Invested in a team-based culture motivated to collaborate in the New York office four days per week
  • Four plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant and / or Office Manager at an investment bank, private equity / law firm or top tier consultancy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
  • High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, team members and external partners
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
  • High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
  • Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments


$35 - $45 an hour
The City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and / or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
