Paycom Specialist
Nature and Scope
The Paycom Specialist will work closely with both General Accounting and Human Resources. Providing support within the Paycom Software to manage reports and various projects required for compliance in accounting, human resources and payroll. Has comprehensive knowledge of the computer system and payroll applications. Processes bi-weekly payroll if needed. Maintains confidentiality of all work information and is required to maintain complete confidentiality relating to pay records.

Compensation
Compensation Philosophy:
- We have 6 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate staff for 6 years of relevant experience.
Compensation Range:
- $28.41 - $ 36.26 / hour
Job Status / Shift Information
- Regular full-time, benefited
- Office space available or option to work remote if criteria is met.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years in accounting, payroll or healthcare related field.
Preferred Education:
- AA degree or certificate in accounting, payroll or office related training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate good reading, writing skills, and effective verbal communication.
- Ability to use all Microsoft applications, including Excel.
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to type 45 words per minute
Responsibilities
- Create and run Paycom reports: Regular and ad hoc
- Compliance Reporting (EDD,EOC)
- Payroll Audits (job codes, workers comp, benefits)
- Assist Human Resources Department with benefit building
- ACA Management and checks list (1095 accuracy)

Child Care:
- PDH is thrilled to provide our Child Care Center services to all families in our area. Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
