Skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable with knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable mailbox and physical mail
- Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries and issues
- Process high volume of OPEX and CAPEX invoices with accurate coding
- Assist in preparing payment batches including Wire, ACH and occasional checks
- Support month-end close activities by accounting for all invoices
- Assist in annual 1099MISC reporting preparation
- Review and ensure employee expenses comply with company policies
