Responsibilities
- Prepare complex multistate S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Prepare high net worth individual tax returns
- Review mid-level multistate complexity S corp. and partnership returns
- Review mid-level complexity individual tax returns
- Research and draft memoranda on complex tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Train and supervise staff accountants
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA license or progress towards CPA certification
- Master of Science in Taxation preferred but not required
