Accounts Receivable and Cash Applications Specialist
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Post and record daily cash receipts for domestic and international revenue streams
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash transactions
- Support AR journal entries and month-end close activities
- Deliver weekly financial reports including AR Roll Forward and Borrowing Base
- Assist collections team with communication and resolution of outstanding invoices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve receivables visibility and process efficiency
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
