Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable activities as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager
- Use Workday Financials to process supplier invoices and credit notes timely
- Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and route for approval
- Prepare and create payment proposals and settlement runs according to schedules
- Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve queries
- Maintain accurate supplier master data and documentation
- Provide coverage for colleagues as needed and manage backlog reduction
Education
- Finance or accounting background preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in accounts payable environment
