Client Accounting and Advisory Experienced Associate

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Bookkeeping: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
Client Write-Ups: Prepare and review client write-ups, monthly financial statements, and other management reports.
Sales & Use Tax Filings: File accurate and timely sales and use tax returns for clients.
Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other balance sheet account reconciliations.
Software Assistance: Assist clients with setting up, training, and troubleshooting accounting software such as Quickbooks.
Financial Reports: Provide clients with accurate financial information and reports to assist in business decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
General knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or similar environment.
Proficiency in Quickbooks (both Online and Desktop versions), Microsoft Word & Excel.
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $75,000 - $85,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
