Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service and build customer relationships
- Support the Store Manager with recruiting, coaching, and motivating team members
- Perform and supervise Customer Service Representative duties when needed (transaction processing, cash drawer maintenance, cash handling)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Analyze financial statements and trends to drive sales and maximize revenue
- Assist with scheduling, store audits, and cash management
- Conduct community marketing to increase market share and revenues
- Implement company policies, review operations communications, and complete required training
- Maintain a neat and safe store environment
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Additional retail, hospitality, or financial services training preferred
