In this transformational role, you will elevate and unite leadership capability across the U.S., while partnering with our India HR team to build a truly connected, high-performing global team. You will design and deliver innovative, breakthrough leadership experiences that go far beyond traditional training programs that develop emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders into high-impact leaders who set the standard and drive cultural transformation.

How will you contribute mightily to the Phillips mission?

  • Unify Global Teams: Provide strategic leadership to connect and align U.S. and India teams, forging one high-performing global HR Team.
  • Design & Own Signature Programs: Design, launch, and take full ownership of high-impact leadership programs to accelerate readiness and performance at all levels.
  • Assess and Pinpoint Potential: Lead the administration and strategic interpretation of advanced leadership assessments to unlock hidden potential and match talent to critical roles.
  • Strengthen Succession: Partner with executives to identify and cultivate high-potential talent and fortify succession pipelines for mission-critical roles.
  • Embed a Coaching Culture: Institutionalize deep coaching practices into leaders’ routines to maximize team potential and engagement.
  • Drive Measurable Results: Directly link leadership practices to the Continuous Improvement Dashboard to drive breakthrough outcomes in profitability, zero turnover, and customer experience.
  • Integrate Future Tech: Embed AI-enabled tools and practices organization-wide to radically enhance leader productivity and performance.
  • Model Transformation: Model and promote the practices of Living Breakthrough - showing up every day with the courage to disrupt old patterns, create new possibilities, and bring our cultural vision to life through our actions.

 

The Profile of a Catalyst: Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive, results-driven experience in leadership development and organizational transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Organizational Development, Business, Psychology).
  • Advanced training in breakthrough leadership methodologies, executive coaching, or adult learning principles is non-negotiable.
  • Certifications are a significant advantage: Executive Coach (ICF), Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, or Hogan Assessments.
  • Demonstrated experience with scalable HRIS, cutting-edge LMS, and validated leadership assessment platforms.

Technology as a Transformation Tool

Your fluency with systems must reflect a commitment to efficiency and scale:

  • HR / Talent Systems: Proficient in leveraging HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Degreed) to manage and track high-volume development initiatives.
  • Data & Analytics Mastery: Expert use of Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and People Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power BI) to move beyond metrics and prove the transformational ROI of talent programs.
  • AI Agility: Demonstrated practical experience leveraging AI & Automation Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, HR AI platforms) to streamline content creation, accelerate communication, and future-proof the HR function.

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $170,000.00 and $200,000.00 per year. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
