Commercial Operations Program Leader
This is a highly visible, enterprise-impact role that partners directly with the NAM executive team and Commercial Operations Leadership Team (LT). You will architect and run the strategic and annual operating planning cycles, shape the Commercial Operations organization design, stand up the operating cadence and KPI framework, and lead cross-functional programs that enable winning go-to-market (GTM) execution across businesses and legacy Global Business Services (GBS) functions. If you love building clarity, momentum, and measurable results across complex matrices—this is your arena!
Your role:
Lead strategic planning and financial/capacity management processes, identify key investment areas, establish governance, and drive cross-functional execution for critical initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize organizational structure, design roles, and competency models, ensure effective execution, and lead change management for adoption.
Define and manage KPIs, oversee improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals through performance reviews and countermeasures.
Develop and implement GTM strategies, serve as an SME for sales enablement, coordinate changes across functions, and enhance operational mechanisms in collaboration with leadership.
Improve leadership team cadence, manage executive presentation content, drive employee engagement, and lead communications strategy for management and all-hands meetings.
You're the right fit if:
7+ years of experience in commercial sales operations and/or relevant healthcare.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
Proven success in leading enterprise-level programs with executive visibility, multi-stakeholder impact, and demonstrated expertise in org design, governance, change management, and project management.
Strong GTM strategy experience across companies and business models; technical mastery of sales operations disciplines and financial acumen for business case development, trade-off modeling, and funding portfolio management.
Extensive experience in management consulting and working within GBS/Shared Services and Business Excellence/Lean environments, with proven success in driving unstructured, cross-functional projects and cross-BU commercialization; skilled in presentation development and delivery, with the ability to drive accountability and influence senior leaders without direct authority.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role.
