Role Summary
As a Project Manager at Brightstar AI, you’ll serve as the operational engine behind complex technical interventions inside our portfolio companies. This isn’t traditional project coordination—you are a transformation driver embedded with AI engineers, data teams, and executives to ensure high-stakes, multi-million-dollar deployments land on time and create measurable value.
You will manage technical timelines, align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and maintain executive-level visibility into progress. Your role is key to ensuring Brightstar’s AI solutions get delivered with precision, velocity, and impact—from kick-off to ROI tracking.
What You’ll Do
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of technical initiatives across portfolio companies
Serve as the central coordinator between AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and company operators
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams using tools like Asana, Notion, or Jira
Establish reporting structures to ensure project visibility at both the team and executive level
Act as the connective tissue between on-the-ground execution and strategic leadership to ensure alignment and outcomes
What You’ll Need
4–8+ years of experience in project or program management within a technical or consulting environment
Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder software or infrastructure projects
Deep familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana) and agile frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments with a bias for action and clarity
Nice to Have
Experience managing AI/ML product delivery or digital transformation programs
Background in private equity, management consulting, or early-stage tech environments
Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments, security/regulatory timelines, and post-launch monitoring
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
