Enterprise Growth Lead

Perplexity is a rapidly growing AI-powered answer engine that has raised significant venture investment. We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Lead to drive new business growth, build client relationships, and champion our AI solutions with large organizations.

Skills

  • Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients
  • Complex sales cycle management and tailored messaging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to C-suite
  • Ability to identify client pain points and map effective solutions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing enterprise AI solutions with large organizations
  • Research prospects, develop account strategies, and execute tailored outreach campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs and technical inquiries
  • Manage client engagement through the entire sales cycle from presentation to onboarding
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships across enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of platform, industry trends, and competitor landscape
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets monthly and quarterly
  • Keep accurate records of pipeline and account activities using CRM tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
