The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to own, grow, and scale strategic partnerships from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sales background, and knows how to both build and manage high-value partner relationships. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our reach, increasing revenue through channel and referral programs, and helping shape our long-term partner strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify, source, and develop new strategic partnerships and channels that align with our business goals
Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and relationship management
Act as the key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring continued engagement, mutual value, and revenue growth
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
Build scalable processes and frameworks for partner outreach, deal structuring, and reporting
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure commercial terms are aligned with company objectives
Analyze partnership performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
The qualifications you need:
4–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
Proven track record of launching and scaling partnership programs from scratch, or owning a partnership.
Strong deal-making and relationship-building skills with decision makers
A sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of revenue impact and pipeline contribution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
