Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM/Revenue operations and systems strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Deploy, integrate, and maintain the full GTM/Revenue technology stack including marketing, CRM/sales, operations, reporting, and automation platforms
- Manage day-to-day GTM/Revenue system operations ensuring reliability, data quality, and adoption across multiple teams
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to generate actionable insights
- Identify gaps and improve the technology stack to support business goals
- Ensure compliance with standards for SDLC, access controls, vendor management, and data retention
- Mitigate risks by developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
