Senior Account Executive - Emergency Operations, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast

Peregrine builds mission-driven software used by public safety agencies to improve emergency operations, disaster response, and community resilience. We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to own strategic target accounts across Fire/EMS and Emergency Management in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, close new business, expand account footprint, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout complex sales cycles and onboarding.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise field sales experience in SaaS (10+ years)
  • Strong track record selling into net-new, complex accounts with quota overachievement
  • Experience negotiating and closing contracts and commercial terms
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling and managing long, complex sales processes
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management
  • Proficiency with CRM and contact management practices
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for public safety stakeholders
  • Resilience, curiosity, and strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with target Fire/EMS and Emergency Management accounts across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast
  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and onboarding
  • Consistently exceed quota by selling SaaS subscriptions into net-new, complex accounts
  • Negotiate and close legal agreements and commercial terms with customers
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Identify and implement GTM best practices to accelerate revenue and expansion
  • Act as the customer’s trusted advisor by understanding technology roadmaps and designing tailored solutions
  • Capture market and customer feedback to inform product and strategy

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree or certifications in business/related fields preferred but not required
