- Proven hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Ability to present complex clinical data to healthcare providers
- Territory planning and account management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong virtual engagement and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with frequent independent field work and travel
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to target and penetrate hospital and clinic accounts
- Call on physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and other hospital stakeholders across multiple specialties
- Engage in hospital-based settings including physician offices, hospital pharmacy, OR, and ICU
- Communicate complex clinical messages clearly in real-time clinical discussions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on periodic field visits and cross-functional initiatives
- Leverage data sources to prioritize opportunities and maximize ROI
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets
- Manage territory activities and customer interactions using CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
- Travel as required for territory coverage, including occasional air travel
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
