Majors Account Executive, Law Enforcement - Midwest, US

Peregrine builds mission-driven public safety software used by agencies serving millions of Americans, partnering closely with customers to deliver privacy-conscious, impactful solutions. We are looking for an experienced Major Account Executive to own and grow strategic county and municipal law enforcement relationships across the Midwest, closing new logo enterprise deals and expanding account value.

Skills

  • Proven track record closing enterprise SaaS subscriptions into complex, net-new accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience executing customer contracts and commercial terms.
  • Experience with solution/value-based selling and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent executive-level presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate advanced technology into clear business outcomes for public safety customers.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM/contact management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close complex enterprise SaaS opportunities with large county and municipal law enforcement agencies.
  • Own full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation, close, and onboarding support.
  • Deliver senior-level presentations and demos that communicate product value and alignment to customer roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute territory plan for defined target accounts (IL, MN, WI) to achieve and exceed quota.
  • Collaborate with deployment, marketing, legal, and operations to ensure smooth implementations and customer success.
  • Serve as trusted advisor; understand customer technology roadmaps and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Document and share go-to-market best practices and play a peer-leader role within the sales organization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant continuous learning or certifications in sales, analytics, or public safety a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary $150,000 - $180,000 + sales commission structure
