We grew 10x last year, we're consistently growing 20% month-over-month, and raised $3M from Pear VC early this year. We have found massive success in a channel most startups ignore: In-person events. We are seeing huge ROI from trade shows and conferences, and we need a dedicated road warrior to own this channel and scale it.
You will be the face of AI Frontdesk across the United States. While our team builds the product in NYC, you will be on the front lines, flying to a new city almost every week to represent us at major trade shows, expos, and conferences.
To be clear: This is an extreme travel role. You can expect to attend 4-6 events per month with a coworker, often back-to-back. You will spend a lot of time in airports, hotels, and convention centers. If you love the hustle of the road and the thrill of closing deals face-to-face, this is your dream job. If you prefer a consistent 9-5 desk routine, this role is not for you.
You’ll work directly with the founding team who scaled this company to seven-figure revenue in record time. We treat our team as future leaders, which means you’ll get constant feedback, deep dives into deal strategy, and direct mentorship on how to close complex deals, negotiate terms, and navigate high-pressure environments. You will learn more about sales, psychology, and business in one year here than you would in five years at a giant corporation.
Be the Road Warrior: Travel to 4-6 events per month (mostly outside NYC). You will be on a plane nearly every week, visiting key markets to meet prospective customers where they are.
Own the Demo: You aren't just standing at a booth; you are actively pulling people into Frontdesk, running live demos of our AI voice and text capabilities, and turning skeptical passersby into hot leads.
Full-Cycle Event Sales: Manage the event lifecycle from landing in a new city to setting up the booth, working the floor, hosting client dinners, and ensuring every lead is captured in our CRM.
Network Aggressively: It’s not just about the booth. You’ll find the after-parties, the networking breakfasts, and the hotel lobby hangouts where the real business happens.
Feedback Loop: You will hear objections and questions that our product team in NYC never hears. You will relay this critical market intelligence back to HQ to help shape our product roadmap.
Built for Travel: You have high stamina and energy. Waking up in a different hotel room every few days excites you rather than drains you. You know how to manage your energy and health while on the road.
Charismatic Closer: You can strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. You are comfortable doing 50+ demos a day and have the "gift of gab" required to stop foot traffic at a busy expo.
Independent & Trustworthy: You will be representing the company thousands of miles away from your manager. You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get the job done. Although you will have lots of mentorship and resources in this role, you are comfortable making game time decisions away from the company HQ.
Tech Savvy: You can set up technical demos, troubleshoot A/V issues at a booth, and master our CRM/Lead capture tools on the fly.
Gritty: You are willing to roll up your sleeves - literally. You’ll be setting up backdrops, hauling swag, and standing on your feet for 8 hours a day.
All Expenses Paid: We cover 100% of your flights, hotels, and meals while you are traveling. You will live well on the road. No sad desk salads.
Escape the Cubicle: You will never be stuck in spreadsheets and 9-5 Zoom meetings, you’ll be on the floor meeting people, closing deals, and actually moving around.
High Visibility: You are driving our highest ROI acquisition channel. Your success is directly visible to the founders and investors.

Uncapped Opportunity: We are seeing explosive demand at these events. If you are good at what you do, the volume of leads you generate will make you indispensable. Your compensation has a significant performance-based component, and it will never be capped.
