General Summary
The Vice President of Revenue will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of TrainingPeaks and TrainHeroic. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for owning the entire customer journey, from first touch through long-term relationship management. This leadership role will have the opportunity to unify Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and our Coach Match program into one cohesive, high-performing revenue engine. We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has a proven track record of scaling growth across acquisition, expansion, and retention. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role in Colorado is $132,361 - $220,601. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.
