Head of Growth Marketing

Paytient is a mission-driven company focused on making healthcare more accessible and affordable by partnering with employers and health plans. The Head of Growth Marketing will build and lead a multidisciplinary B2B growth engine to drive awareness, education, and pipeline across employer, health system, and health plan audiences, owning full-funnel demand generation, product marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Skills

  • Expertise in B2B product marketing and demand generation
  • Strong GTM strategy, segmentation, and pricing experience
  • Proven experience in paid media, content strategy, ABM, and events
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and CAC metrics
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and scale product marketing: positioning, packaging, pricing strategy, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions and translate complex capabilities into clear buyer narratives.
  • Own full-funnel demand generation: paid media, content, email, ABM, events, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Design and execute co-marketing and partner programs with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
  • Set KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing-attributed pipeline, CAC, and CAC:LTV.
  • Hire, coach, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and the CMO.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, communications or related field)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
