A World-Changing Company
Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Role
This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across all areas of the business. As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in Palantir’s operations, supporting employees from initial offer throughout their entire Palantir journey.
You are passionate about People Operations (employee onboarding, data management, customer service) and committed to providing high-quality service. Your ability to manage high-volume workstreams and prioritize competing demands will be crucial to your success in this fast-paced environment. You understand and can articulate the broader context of people project work – what tradeoffs were made, who made them, and what the reasons were.
You are outcome-oriented and pursue solutions in a thoughtful, iterative, and empathetic way. You have a keen eye for detail and critical thinking and are motivated by consistently improving internal processes that remove friction and create seamless employee experiences. Most importantly, you find people-focused work exciting and rewarding, and you're energized by the opportunity to work at the intersection of people and operations. At Palantir, we work hard to support all of our team members in our shared pursuit of the mission – and as a People Operations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in making that happen.
