The salary range listed is the non-PERS participating rate. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible, the salary range will increase by 6%. Please review the Classification and Compensation page for more details.

What You Need to Qualify:
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
An associate degree in any field; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions:
OYA facilities are tobacco free environments.
Daily/weekly deadlines; heavy workload; use of computers, fax machines and copiers; and noise from equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers, etc.
Daily contact with youth who exhibit hostile, assaultive behavior.
Staff is expected to be a positive example and role model for other staff and youth.
The staff is to be supportive toward OYA and Rogue Valley YCF policies and procedures.
