Enterprise Account Manager

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is a market-leading restaurant technology platform serving millions of diners and tens of thousands of restaurant partners. The Enterprise Account Manager will manage an elite portfolio of restaurant groups and strategic accounts, driving retention, product adoption, and revenue growth through consultative engagement, training, and relationship management.

Skills

  • Consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality workflows
  • Client relationship-building and executive-level stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision making and ability to present actionable insights
  • CRM proficiency (experience with Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong presentation, training and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in an entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale relationships for an assigned enterprise portfolio and serve as primary point of contact for account needs and issue resolution.
  • Drive client retention and revenue goals through consultative reviews, upsell opportunities, and resolving strategic objections.
  • Deliver customized product and service presentations and training both in-person and remotely.
  • Provide clients with usage data, reports and recommendations to optimize operations and revenue.
  • Document client communications, maintain CRM records, and produce regular productivity/retention reports.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and marketing roadmaps and share market insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs, Inside Sales, Product and Marketing to execute account plans.
  • Travel approximately 30-50% (face-to-face client meetings and on-site training) depending on territory.

Education

  • No specific degree required; relevant experience in hospitality or account management accepted
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required
  • Relevant industry certifications or professional development in sales/account management are a plus
