Job Description:
Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Float
Location: Hudson Valley, NY
Hours: M-F (8.5hr shifts)

In This Role, You Will:
Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office.
Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections.
Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system.
Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.
Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
We Require:
High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Spanish speaking is preferred.
Must be willing to float to the following office locations Poughkeepsie, Yorktown, Fishkill, Newburgh
What We Offer:
Starting : $23/hr based on experience and education
