As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Coordinator plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized experience. What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with clinical staff to support seamless care
- Handle billing questions and collect patient payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
