Your main goal as a Customer Chat Representative is to provide stellar service and help customers through their inquiries with ease. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Provide detailed information about products and services that meet customer needs.
- Utilize great communication skills to recommend solutions, encouraging sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and follow-up communications.
- Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but eagerness to learn can be just as valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications seamlessly.

- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule
